Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds: Refunds are only given if an item is out of stock or can not be replace. Weeki Wachee Springs has the right to deny a refund at their sole discretion.

Returns: You have the right to return an item after seven days if it is unused, there was an error in the item shipped, or the item was defective. These returns are also at the sole discretion of Weeki Wachee Springs. You must contact Wachee Wachee Springs within seven days after receiving the item to start the return process.
